For Dennis and Faylee, we are not the employees. We are the partners who they most trust. From the campus to the company, the identity change worried me a lot, when I just graduated. At that time I hope I can get "master" to help me out and guide me to complete the work. But in CNOOD you never have to worry about if you are a "newcomer". Most of the relationship between the boss and the employee is just the relationship between the employer and the employee, the work and money are the only things that they are thinking. But CNOOD gives us more than the number in our bank card. There is a line I Remember in the movie Hello Mr.Billionaire: "Money is cold, but the hand of a lover is warm". So I think what's most significant things than work is that CNOOD has seen a lot of people growing from being a young student to a professional elite, from single step to marriage and having children and being a parent, even someone’s family have suffered misfortune also have CNOOD support. All those things is important for our life, whether we like it or not, the CNOOD is always stay with us. We can say we spend all the life time with CNOOD, also CNOOD accompany us all the time. CNOOD makes me think that the world is so warm, not that cold. CNOOD made me feel like I had a home to back, whether I was in a foreign and or thousands of miles away.
八年前很多人不理解CNOOD，当时北京办公室的老崔总一直希望池总步伐可以慢一点，用传统公司的管理理念运营公司。但八年后的今天再回首，看着市场上的企业纷纷转型、国企全面改制，连学校里的教学案例都在更新迭代的推送创新管理、扁平化运营和合伙人制度的学习。你就不得不佩服和理解曾经老池提出的现代化管理理念是多么的超前和成功！当时Fay姐做过一版工作手册，CNOOD现在可能早已更新迭代很多版本了。但最初那个1.0 版本对于现在的我做任何工作依旧很受用。可能很多年以后我们都不会记得手册里面的具体内容了，但我想 Fay 姐想教给我们的本就不是按部就班的参照手册执行，而是培养我们缜密的逻辑思维和清晰的条理去思考和解决问题的能力。
Eight years ago many people didn’t understand the CNOOD and Dennis. Mr Cui, the boss of Beijing office, has been hoping Dennis could slow down the pace of development with the traditional company management philosophy to run the company. But eight years later, I look back at the a lot Enterprise transformation in the market, the overall restructuring of state-owned enterprises, and even the teaching cases in schools are all in the process of updating the iterative push innovation management, the flat operation and the study of the partnership system. You have to admire and understand how advanced and successful Dennis's modern management concept is! Faylee develop a work manual which may have been updated many times by now. But the original version is still useful to me for any work. We may not remember the details of the work manual for years to come, but I think what Faylee is trying to teach us is not a step by step guide, but learn to use clear organization, cultivate careful logical thinking to solve problems, to complete the work.
我曾是一名普通学校的本科毕业生，甚至都不是 211和985院校，因为老池和Fay姐的鼓励以及 CNOOD的学习氛围，让我决定继续进修学习。最后成功考入中央财经大学就读研究生。当然还有个原因是当时我觉得自己跟不上CNOOD的发展步伐，但我很幸运有这样的机会弥补自身不足。随着不断学习、成长，所看到的很多东西都变得不一样了，原来只要向前再迈进一步，视野就会变得如此宽阔。就在前几天我还和父母说，我有继续读博士的想法，现在也正在准备发表文章。虽然不一定会成功，但我不怕， 因为我知道和失败相比，那种你努力争取过的勇气更难得可贵。学习和工作都是一样的。不是吗？
I was a common undergraduate, not even in Project 211 or 985. Thanks to the encouragement of Dennis and Faylee and the learning atmosphere of CNOOD, I decided to continue studying. Finally I was admitted to graduate school at Central University of Finance and Economics. Of course, the main reason was that I couldn't follow up with the development of CNOOD at that time, but I am so luck that I had the opportunity to make up for it and to learn more after working. As you continue to learn and grow, many of the things you see become different, because your vision will become so wide as long as you move just one more step. Just the other day I told my parents that I had the idea of continuing my phd and now i am preparing to publish essay for it. It may not work out, But I'm not afraid ,because I know that the kind of courage you fought for is more valuable than the kind of courage you lost. Study and work are the same. Isn’t it?
Everyone in CNOOD is through the screening of excellent talent, they have their own strengths, ambitions. Don't worry if you don't get what you want in the short term. Because everything has to be precipitated and periodic, especially we are a project-oriented company, you may concentrate for a period of time very busy, and then have a period of leisure. Busy time will let you learn a lot of new knowledge, rapid progress. Leisure time is reserved for rest and self-adjustment. Learn to use this time to enrich yourself. You just have to work hard, the leader will see, the customer will see, the partners will see, the CNOOD will see, the time will see.

(1) the selection of suppliers, in addition to comprehensive strength, qualifications, personnel, and other requirements for cooperation. Also do the same level of tripartite price comparison, pick the best price, control the purchase budget without overspending.
(2) In the course of production, on the premise of quality and quantity, to avoid the increased costs of human error, as a result of economic losses, Such as the communication and transmission of information.
(3) Clarify the scope of responsibility with customers, suppliers and relevant partners.
(4) Risk leading, ask others for advice on the error-prone key elements of experience, make the prevention and control plan in advance, and leave as much spare time as possible in booking time and delivery time.
(5) Pay attention to teamwork and clear the division of labor.
(6) The cost of travelling and receiving must be controlled and saved as much as possible, avoid unnecessary overhead and waste. Sometimes $8 beer is better than $800 wine, a $20 dumpling is better than a $2000 western meal, because it is most important to treat people with heart.
China is big，and the world. CNOOD has been always protecting us, but eventually the swallows will have to grow up. Every small partner should have the ability of self-development customers. I have a very special feeling for CNOOD, from the initial relationship of cooperation to later acceptance of me as a family, then I went to school. I feel like falling in love with CNOOD. CNOOD has helped me grow, improve and broaden my horizons. I have made many good friends in CNOOD. but also a lot good memories. CNOOD really give me too much, Such a warmly company,still can warm me although I'm a thousand kilometers away from it. not to mention you close at hand. I really hope everyone can cherish the present， learn to be grateful and live up to expectations.
